An extremely, smooth, sweet and sophisticated single varietal olive oil from Catalonia in northern Spain.
The oil is made from the tiny Arbequina olive, picked by hand whilst still slightly green and pressed within hours to give a fresh fruity flavour with a very low acidity.
It has a wonderful grassy aroma, a lovely golden colour and a surprisingly peppery finish.
