This extremely smooth, light and sophisticated single estate oil is from Alentejo in southern Portugal. The oil is made from a complex blend of Codovil, Picual and Corbransoça olives which are picked by hand and pressed within hours to give a delicious fresh fruit and tomato flavour with a slight peppery kick.

Superb for dressing salad leaves, fish, vegetables, soups and other delicate dishes.
