This is a top class single estate extra virgin rapeseed oil from Somerset in south western England. The rape flower when brilliant yellow in colour is harvested and it's tiny jet black seeds cold pressed in small batches to give a lovely fresh oil.

The golden, nutty oil is very versatile and it's high smoke point makes it ideal for deep or shallow frying, stir frying, roasting and baking.
