This exceptional Balsamic Vinegar from Modena is expertly matured for at least five years in traditional wooden barrels and has a marvellously deep flavour and a good balance between the sweet and the sour.

Superb on salad leaves either with or without olive oil (1 part vinegar to 4 parts oil), strawberries , other fruits and vanilla ice cream. Interesting on fish, meats, pasta and in sauces.

The natural aromas of blueberry and vanilla have been expertly infused into the vinegar to produce quite unique and totally delightful flavours.
