Sweetcorn Appetiser
Serves 4
- 2 cobs sweetcorn
- 1 dessertspoon extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Remove the husks and threads from the cobs of corn.
Brush the kernels with the oil and season with salt and plenty of pepper.
Place under a pre-heated grill
Cook evenly ensuring all the kernels turn golden-brown.
Cut into chunks, garnish with more black pepper and serve immediately.
