Chorizo mozzarella spicy salad

A hearty, chorizo salad that is very easy to make.

We dry fried the chorizo to give the salad a bit of a crunch, but you don't have to if you are short of time. It is wonderful with our Chilli & Garlic Infused Olive Oil, a splash of our Red Wine Vinegar, and a drizzle of our new Sundried Tomato Balsamic (available to purchase soon!).



  • Chop the tomatoes and the onion and mix with mozzarella balls and salad leaves.
  • Dress with the Chilli & Garlic Oil and a glug of Red Wine Vinegar.
  • Dry fry the chorizo until browned and add to the salad.
  • Finish with a drizzle of the Sundried Tomato Balsamic.
