Devil chicken wings

Sweet, sour, sticky, and crispy, its devil chicken wings!

These chicken wings are always a hit at parties as they make a great starter. Sweet, sour, sticky, crispy,they have not only the flavour but also the texture to provide your guest with a delicious dish.



  • Preheat oven 210c.
  • Combine Passata, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, oregano and garlic in a large bowl. Add the chicken wings and gently stir the chicken by hand until the wings are well coated.
  • Place on a baking tray and cook them in the oven for 45 minutes until the chicken is crispy and golden brown. Turn the chicken occasionally and brush extra mixture onto the wings if needed.
  • Serve on a bed of rocket and drizzle the wings with Lime and Chilli Infused Olive Oil and Caramelised Onion Balsamic.
