Indulge in The Gift Of Oil's fig salad this lunch time

Made in under 30 minutes ideal for a quick lunch time bite.



  • Chop and then blanch the green beans for 2 minutes.
  • Toast the pine nuts for 2 minutes in a dry pan.
  • Tear the mozzarella, quarter the figs, chop the shallot, and tear the basil and put them with the green beans into a serving bowl.
  • Once the pine nuts are toasted pop them on top.
  • Season and then pour over the Basil Oil with the Pomegranate & Fig Balsamic. 
  • As a main dish or side to lamb or other meats, grains, pittas and dips.
