Orange avocado beetroot salad

What a perfect way to show off our brand new Orange & Mandarin Infused Olive Oil

Creamy avocado, crunchy beetroot, salty feta and crisp green leaves work together perfectly with the crunchy seeds, the zingy oranges and the texture of the carrots. The chilli kick from the Chilli Reserve Balsamic in the dressing is just perfect with all of these flavours. This is a salad you will be serving up at any possible occasion- summer BBQ's, dinner party starter, picnics, a light lunch.



  • 1 ripe avocado
  • Half a bag of rocket leaves or spinach leaves
  • 2 grated carrots (or use a mandolin or spiralizer)
  • 1 large or 2 small beetroot
  • Half a pack of feta cheese
  • 1 peeled orange or mandarin in segments (could also use tinned)
  • Handful pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of Mandarin & Orange Infused Olive Oil
  • Half a tablespoon Chilli Reserve Balsamic
