Tortilla Pizza

Get the family involved in making their own dinner.

We love this recipe, not only is it great fun, but getting the children involved shows them that eating veggies isn't that scary.



  • Start by putting the tortilla wrap on a baking tray.
  • Spread tomato purée over the wrap until only the edges are uncovered.
  • Lightly sprinkle with a handful of cheese.
  • Grab the toppings you have in your fridge and load to your pizza base. Our favourites are sweetcorn, chicken, peppers and tomatoes.
  • Cover your toppings with more mozzarella
  • Bake for 5-8 minutes until the cheese has melted and the base has started to crisp.
  • Season to taste and serve with a drizzle garlic infused olive oil and classic balsamic to enhance the overall flavours of your pizza.
