Salmon & Cream Cheese Bagel

Delicious, full of flavour and easy to make!

Salty, smoky and creamy, this made-in-minutes toasted bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon is a simply scrumptious starter for a Springtime dinner party



  • Preheat grill to 180°C
  • Cut the smoked salmon into thin slices
  • Cut the bagels in half and toast lightly under a grill
  • Spread cream cheese generously on both halves of the toasted bagels
  • Remove the pepper skins
  • Add the salmon to both halves, then top with your tomatoes and capers
  • Serve each half with a drizzle of classic balsamic and lemon infused olive oil and a side salad.
