Thai style salad dressing

Inspired by the awesome flavours in the street food of Thailand & South East Asia

This salad dressing is fresh, a little spicy and fruity. It's also incredibly easy as 4 of the main flavours come from our olive oils and balsamics so no need to chop lots of ingredients, just get them out of the cupboard and pour!



  • Chop the coriander and crush the nuts of your choice. Mix 2 parts Lime & Chilli Olive Oil to 1 part Garlic & Ginger Balsamic Vinegar, and add to the herbs and the nuts.
  • Add a squeeze of fresh lime for extra zing.
  • You can stop there, or add in a little fish sauce or soy sauce to give more authentic depth of flavour.
  • You could also add in a little brown sugar, honey or sweet chilli sauce for extra sweetness if you'd prefer, although the balsamic does give a lovely sweetness that is enough for us!
