Naturally Infused Disisa Mint Oil

Our fragrant and delicious mint oil is made from mint leaves fully immersed into estate crafted, extra virgin olive oil within hours of being picked.

The mint, after being allowed to infuse for several days, is discarded and the oil is bottled without delay in order to capture its cool and delectable freshness.

Use this wonderful oil on its own or mixed with a gift of oil balsamic as a dip with fresh bread, or drizzle over your salads, tomatoes, garden peas, new potatoes, roasted lamb or vegetables.
Made on the magnificent Disisa estate in Sicily by Mario Di Lorenzo and his mother Maria Paola, they combine mint from their own verdant herb garden with the premium olive oil the estate is renowned for. As with all of our infused olive oils, the “labour of love” that goes into creating our mint oil is simply remarkable. Fresh mint is picked, washed, dried and then submerged for several days in premium, cold pressed, extra virgin olive oil, only to be disturbed by the occasional stirring. When mother and son are fully satisfied that the flavour is absolutely perfect, the oil is bottled at once to ensure its freshness.
