These are two of our favourite balsamics, beautifully presented in a gift bag make the perfect gift for lovers of genuinely matured balsamic vinegar.
Crafted by the Verrini family in Modena, our Pomegranate & Fig and green apple are the most popular balsamic infusions we sell.

These balsamics are made from grapes grown in the vineyards on the family estate of Nicolo Verrini close to Modena in northern Italy.

The grapes are cooked down into a top quality must and then expertly combined with a premium wine vinegar to create a unique, low acidity balsamic.

The juices and natural flavours of pomegranate & fig and green apple respectively are then infused into our Classic Balsamic to produce these delicious infusions.
