Our enchanting rosemary & garlic olive oil is a flavour combination made in heaven! Created by submerging freshly picked rosemary and then garlic into premium, estate crafted, extra virgin olive oil, it is then left to infuse for several days, bar the occasional stirring!
Our Caramelised Onion balsamic is one of our best-selling infused balsamics. It is crafted by the Verrini Family in Modena, Italy, using only the finest Trebbiano & Lambrusco grapes grown on their own estate, thus controlling the quality at every stage. The grapes are pressed and simmered into a quality must which is then fermented and aged in oak barrels. When the density is perfect, the result is a delicious, traditional matured balsamic which we call our Classic balsamic. Concentrated caramelised onions are then added and allowed to infuse, resulting in this wonderful, savoury balsamic infusion.
