This delicious naturally infused Lime and Chilli olive oil is a perfect blend of the two flavours, first you taste the zesty lime and then after a few seconds you feel the heat of the chilli pepper. There are only three ingredients in our lime and chilli infused olive oil, premium extra virgin olive oil, limes and chilli peppers. The limes and the chilli peppers are grown and handpicked by the The Di Lorenzo family on their estate in Sicily. Only hours after the Cerasuola olives and the limes are handpicked they are cold pressed together. The chillies are then picked, dried in the Sicilian sunshine then added to the lime oil to allow the chilli flavour to infuse into the oil.
So unlike many of the other flavoured olive oils you can buy online because ours do not contain any artificial flavourings or additives and are made from premium quality, cold pressed, unfiltered olive oil.
This all natural infused olive oil is very versatile; add crushed peanuts or cashews and some fresh coriander for dipping or as an awesome South East Asian style salad dressing. Flash fry some seafood like king prawns or scallops, glug into guacamole and stir into a stir fry either on its own or mixed with one of our balsamics.
