INGREDIENTS
- 1 kg baby new potatoes halved,
- 3 tbsp grated parmesan,
- small bunch basil,
- roughly chopped,
- 6 sundried tomatoes finely sliced.
- 1 tbsp Vine Tomato Balsamic
- 3 tbsp Garlic Infused Olive Oil.
RECIPE
Roast or boil the potatoes until tender.
Whisk together the Vine Tomato Balsamic, Garlic Infused Olive Oil and Parmesan and a little seasoning.
Toss through the potatoes with the basil and sundried tomatoes. Serve warm.
