Our New Season, and when available, our Early Harvest Sicilian olive oils have been created in partnership with the Di Lorenzo family on their magnificent 1,000 acre Disisa estate in the north west of the island. Both oils are high in polyphenols and deliver incredible levels of depth and flavour. Use regularly, use liberally, and these oils will delight, time and time again.
