Our stunning artisan red and white wine vinegars are made on the same Sicilian estate as our best-selling Premium Olive oil. Made from the estates very own top quality Nero d’Avola red wine or Chardonnay white wine, the vinegars are lovingly matured in ancient wooden barrels in the family cellar for up to two years.
