Since 2001 we have partnered with two highly reputable artisan family producers, the Di Lorenzo family in Sicily for our olive oils and the Verrini family in Modena for our balsamic vinegars. We visit both regularly and work very hard as a team whilst on a visit to ensure that together we continue to offer only the very finest finished product. Collectively we aim at our oils and balsamics being the best! The families over the years have become to us much more than mere suppliers and are now true and much valued friends. This partnership model is very unique in our field. Very few (if any) of our competitors create and nurture thier products in such a close and all embracing fashion.

Store your olive oil in a cool, dark place away from heat and light to maintain its flavor and freshness. Balsamic vinegar should also be kept in a cool, dark place and tightly sealed to preserve its quality. There is no need to refigerate either and is best avoided as good oil will go solid below temperatures of 4 degrees c.

For the best results dress your food with a ratio of 3 parts oil to 1 part balsamic. However our products can of course be used in cooking too but we would suggest at the end of the process to add some last minute flavour rather than at the very start when frying or sauteing.
