Ingredients
- Good quality salami
- Good quality buffalo mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp rosemary & garlic oil
- 1 tbsp reserve balsamic
Method
Layer slices of salami and mozzarella on a serving plate. Glug
rosemary & garlic oil over the top, then drizzle over the reserve
balsamic
Serve
As a simple starter, as a plate of tapas, or as a side to pasta, pizza,
or any Italian dish.
