Ingredients
- 225g Stilton Cheese
- 50g Unsalted Butter
- 100g Walnuts Recipe
- 2tbsp Truffle Olive Oil
- 1tbsp Truffle Reserve Balsamic
Method
Leave the butter out to soften for as long as possible. In a bowl combine the Stilton cheese with the Truffle Olive Oil and the butter, then cream’ the two together.
Roughly chop the walnuts by hand and then add to the butter & stilton mixture.
Serve
With our delicious Truffle Reserve Balsamic. You can also enjoy on panini’s, wraps, sandwiches, and on a ploughman's or cheese board.
