Ingredients
- 24 medium sized cooked tiger prawns
- 6 tablespoons Sicilian olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 2 red chillies, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried red chilli, crumbled (optional)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
- Juice of 2 lemons and the zest of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh thym
Method
Set the prawns to one side and mix all the other ingredients together into a sauce.
Heat the sauce in a large shallow frying pan over a medium heat until very hot.
Add the prawns and cook for 1 minute (3 minutes if using uncooked prawns).
