France only produces a tiny fraction of extra virgin olive oil compared to the likes of Italy and Spain but what it does produce tends to be very, very good and this is certainly true of our organic French olive oil, Castelines, brought to you by the Hugues family from their lovely estate in the sun-drenched foothills of the Alpilles Mountains in beautiful Provence.
