Our naturally infused Chilli & Garlic high polyphenol Sicilian olive oil is made with just three ingredients: premium cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, garlic and chilli peppers. You taste the garlic first, then a few seconds later the heat of the chilli comes through. There are no artificial flavourings or additives — unlike most supermarket chilli oils — just real ingredients and high-quality oil.

Use it as a spicy salad dressing, drizzle it over pizza or pasta for a kick, flash-fry king prawns or scallops in it, stir it through a stir-fry, or mix it with one of our balsamic vinegars for a dip with warm, fresh bread.
