The mint, after being allowed to infuse for several days, is discarded and the oil is bottled without delay in order to capture its cool and delectable freshness.

Our very best selling infused balsamic, the Pomegranate & Fig Balsamic is crafted exclusively for The Gift of Oil by the Verrini Family on their estate in Modena, Italy. The flavours of pomegranate and fig are infused into the balsamic by adding concentrated pomegranates and figs along with their juices into our traditional, matured Classic balsamic.
