On his annual trip to Sicily to visit the Di Lorenzo family, producers of our Sicilian & infused olive oils, Phil enquired about the delicious red wine vinegar he had been enjoying on Maria Paola’s home cooked meals. He was delighted to hear they made it themselves, and asked them to make much more so that we could introduce our customers in the UK to this much overlooked condiment.
