When mixing them, use 3 parts olive oil to 1 part balsamic. Both of the oils mix wonderfully well with the Orange & Ginger Balsamic, so be creative! Prepare a spicy dip to enjoy with warm, fresh bread, or a dressing to give dishes an oriental twist.
Drizzle over white fish, salmon, prawns, scallops, chicken, pizza, stir fried vegetables, salads, couscous and noodles!
