This 12 year old Tradizionale balsamic vinegar is certified, bottled and individually numbered by The Consortium of Producers of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena to prove its authenticy. It also holds a D.O.P. (Denominazione d’origine protetta), a quality assurance label for Italian food products that is given to protect regions that produce high quality goods.
