Every bottle starts with our premium, high-polyphenol Sicilian extra virgin olive oil.
Fresh garlic is carefully peeled, whilst the chillies are hand-picked at their peak. Both are washed, spun to remove excess moisture and naturally air-dried beneath the warm Sicilian sunshine before being slowly infused into the olive oil. Over several days, the oil is gently stirred and tasted until the perfect balance of flavour is achieved. Only then are the ingredients removed, leaving behind beautifully smooth, naturally flavoured olive oil.
Unlike many flavoured oils, ours contain no artificial flavourings, extracts or preservatives—just real ingredients and exceptional extra virgin olive oil!
