Ingredients:
- 250g fresh strawberries chopped
- 250g Greek yoghurt
- 125g fresh blueberries chopped
- 250g Granola
- 4 tbsp Black Cherry Balsamic
Method
Put the strawberries and 2 tbsp of Black Cherry Balsamic in a bowl and stir well. In a separate bowl put in the blueberries and 2 tbsp of Black Cherry Balsamic and stir well. Cover both bowls and refrigerate for
30 minutes or overnight.
Divide half the strawberries into two clear glasses. Add half the Greek yoghurt and blueberries and then add all the granola on top of the mixture.
Repeat with one more layer of strawberries, one more layer of Greek yoghurt, and one more layer of the blueberries. (Red, white, blue, granola, red, white, blue)
Serve
For best the consistency, serve immediately so that the granola doesn't go soggy!
