Ingredients Serves 4
•3 cups of quality porridge oats
•Half a cup of Greek yoghurt•Third of a cup of almond, coconut or regular milk
•Half a tablespoon of chia seeds (optional)•1 tbsp of Chocolate and Coffee Reserve Balsamic
•1 tsp of honey•Fresh or frozen berries
•3 tsp cinnamon
Method
Mix all of the ingredients together (except the berries). Place a third of the mixture into a glass serving bowl and a layer of berries on top. Repeat this layering process until you have used up all the ingredients. Add the Chocolate and Coffee Reserve Balsamic. Cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator overnight.
