Recipe
Shave parmesan cheese over rocket leaves. Dress with 2 parts Truffle Olive Oil to 1 part Reserve Balsamic. Add black pepper to taste.
Serve
Alongside steak, stuffed mushrooms, eggs, with pasta or pizza.
