Ingredients, Serves 4
- Roast ham
- Apples
- Celery
- Red onion
- Good quality cheddar cheese
- Chopped walnuts
- 3tsp Sicilian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1tsp Chilli Reserve Balsamic
Method
Core and roughly chop the apple, red onion, celery sticks and the cheese. Chop and mix in
the walnuts. Drizzle with Sicilian oil and Chilli balsamic
Serve
