Ingredients
- 1 Pack cooked or raw tiger prawns
- 6 Table spoons Lime & Chilli Olive Oil
- 2 cloves of crushed garlic
- 1 Chopped red chilli
- 1 Teaspoon crushed dried red chillies
- A handful of chopped fresh dill
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Half of the lemon zest
- A handful of chopped fresh thyme
- coriander leaves
- Lemon Slice
Method
Mix all ingredients apart from the prawns together and heat in a frying pan until very hot. If using cooked prawns, cook in the sauce for 1 minute. If using raw prawns, first remove the black line from the centre of the prawn carefully with a knife. Cook them in the sauce for around 3 minutes until the prawns have turned from grey to pink.
Serve
As a main dish or as a side.
