Our Mango & Passionfruit balsamic condimento is an exotic, perfectly balanced fruit infusion — our classic balsamic with concentrated mango and passionfruit and their juices added for a bright, tropical sweetness. It's rich and fruity yet still beautifully balanced, quite unlike anything on a UK supermarket shelf.

Enjoy it on its own, or mixed with one of our olive oils as a salad dressing or a dip with fresh bread. It's also delicious drizzled over roasted butternut squash, yoghurt and granola, cheesecake, chilled pear or ice cream. Being made from grape must and real fruit, it's suitable for vegetarians and vegans, and gluten free.

It pairs particularly well with our Lemon, Orange & Mandarin, Lime & Chilli and Mint infused olive oils.

The balsamic base is made exclusively for us by the Verrini family, artisan producers near Modena in northern Italy. Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes grown on their estate are cooked down, combined with a premium wine vinegar and aged in oak barrels to develop flavour and density — before the mango and passionfruit are added and it's bottled exclusively for The Gift of Oil.
