Spain is the largest producer of olive oil in the world by far. It also produces some of the best. Our two Premium quality single estate olive oils certainly fall into this category. From Western Spain we have Merula which is a distinctively nutty, complex oil presented in a superbly designed, award-winning tin. Whilst from the north of the country we have a richly flavoured Early Harvest oil made by the Vea family on their estate in Catalonia.
