Our delightfully decadent Chocolate & Coffee infused balsamic is a combination of our rich and intense reserve balsamic and the natural aromas of both chocolate and coffee. More for your desserts than your salads perhaps but some customers love mixing with our Orange and Mandarin, Mint or Chilli Pepper oils to adorn their more creative greenery! Drizzle this delicious infusion over ice cream, tiramisu, strawberries, chilled melon or pear, fruit salads and yoghurt. Absolutely stunning over a baked New York Vanilla Cheesecake!

A lovely artisan Chocolate balsamic made from grapes grown on the family estate of Nicolo Verrini in the countryside near to Modena in northern Italy. The grapes are crushed and slowly cooked down over a long period of time into a remarkably thick, dense must, which is then mixed with a little wine vinegar before being allowed to mature in ancient oak barrels. Following this, the natural aromas of both chocolate and coffee are infused into the vinegar to produce this delicious coffee balsamic accompaniment to your desserts.
