It is made from the Trebbiano grapes grown on the enchanting estate of Nicolo Verrini in the countryside near to Modena in northern Italy.
Use this delicious White Peach balsamic on its own or in combination with absolutely any of The Gift of Oil’s olive oils (3 parts oil to 1 part balsamic) as a dip with fresh, crusty bread or as a dressing over salads, meats, fish, vegetables and desserts.
Use with our lemon oil over salmon, peach and tomato salad, white fish, crushed new potatoes or grilled chicken.
