Ingredients
- 1 X 300g tub cream cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped chives, plus more for garnish
- 1 tsp chopped capers
- 1 box of Melba toast or flatbread crackers
- 1 package smoked salmon
- 1 tsp White Balsamic
- 3 tbsp Lime Olive Oil
- Sea salt & black pepper
Method
- Combine cream cheese, capers, chives, Lime Olive Oil and White Balsamic in a bowl and mix well.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Spread the herbed cream cheese on each toast or flatbread and top with a piece of salmon.
- Serve Garnish with chives and serve.
