We believe in making your meals taste the best that they possibly can with our delicious olive oils and balsamic vinegars. However, not all of our customers realise that oils and balsamics actually taste even better when used together using a ratio of 3 parts oil to 1 part balsamic.

Enhance the flavours of any of your meals with our garlic infused olive oil pairing. Fragrant and flavourful it goes perfectly with our classic balsamic vinegar, which boasts a mellow, balanced taste. Add to any savoury meal for an enriched taste sensation.
Ideal pairing for: Fish Pie
Having a citrus infused olive oil added to a meal can bring a whole new dimension of flavour, and is versatile enough to suit desserts, seafood, meat, salads, and more. Pair with pomegranate and fig infused balsamic for a different fruity flair, that also adds a level of delectable richness.
Ideal pairing for: Apple Berry Pie
Apple berry pie is the perfect definition of autumn comfort food. Add a drizzle of our pomegranate and fig infused balsamic to the pie itself, and, for the perfect serving, add a side of ice cream with our Llemon infused olive oil drizzled on top.
