Ottolenghi’s Spinach & Chickpeas
He calls it a ‘revelation’. Experimenting in his test kitchen, one of our favourite chefs Yotam Ottolenghi has created this wonderful looking dish, and posted it on his instagram account.
He describes it as “slow cooked spinach in tons of olive oil with chickpeas”.
We can’t wait for the recipe, and to figure out which of our olive oils it will go with best!
