Balsamic Glazed Carrots
Ready In 45 mins
Preheat oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6.
Slice carrots into sticks. Approx 3 inches long and 1/2 inch thick.
Toss until evenly coated and spread onto a baking tray.
Roast for 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway through until the carrots are tender and caramelised.
Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with chopped parsley and a little freshly ground black pepper to taste!
