Frozen 'Boo-nana' ghosts with ice cream

A spooky, but healthy, Halloween treat for little ones.

A fun recipe to make with the kids, these tasty treats offer a fantastic alternative to usual sugar based treats.




Peel the bananas, cut in half and place on a tray.

Add two chocolate eyes and a mouth and, if you like, cut the chocolate drops up to make eyebrows to make them look even more spooky.

Freeze the bananas for at least 4 hours (they can be frozen for up to a week).

Once frozen, serve with vanilla ice cream drizzled with lemon infused olive oil and pomegranate and fig infused balsamic.
