Our deliciously spicy Chilli & Garlic infused olive oil is a perfect blend of the two flavours. First you taste the garlic and then after a few seconds you feel the heat of the chilli pepper kick in! The chilli peppers and the garlic are grown and handpicked by The Di Lorenzo family on their estate in Sicily, and only hours after being picked are submerged into freshly pressed extra virgin olive oil.
Our Orange & Ginger Infused Balsamic is made exclusively for us by the Verrini Family, on their estate in the North of Modena. Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes are cooked down and combined with a premium wine vinegar and then aged in oak barrels to mature in both flavour and density. This results in our Classic balsamic vinegar to which the juices and natural flavours of orange and ginger are then expertly added to create this wonderfully warm and exotic infused balsamic.
