Our superb Sicilian oil is green and grassy, with a spicy finish. It is an unfiltered, cold pressed and wonderfully smooth single estate, extra virgin olive oil from the magnificent Disisa estate. It has a striking emerald green colour, a lovely aroma of fresh tomato and a distinctly grassy flavour with a peppery kick.
