Our delicious Lime and Chilli infused olive oil is a perfect blend of the two flavours, first you taste the zesty lime and then after a few seconds you detect the subtle heat of the chilli pepper! The limes and the chilli peppers are grown and handpicked by the The Di Lorenzo family on their estate in Sicily. Only hours after the Cerasuola olives and the limes are handpicked, they are cold pressed together. Then, the chillies are picked and added to the lime oil to allow the chilli flavour to infuse.

Our superb Garlic & Ginger Infused Balsamic Condimento is made exclusively for The Gift of Oil by the Verrini Family on their estate in Modena in Northern Italy. Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes are cooked down and combined with a premium wine vinegar and then aged in oak barrels to mature in both flavour and density. This results in our Classic balsamic vinegar to which concentrated garlic and ginger are added to produce this deliciously exotic, perfectly balanced infused balsamic.
