Our Lime Infused Olive Oil is made using only two ingredients- freshly picked limes and Cerasuola olives. Olives and limes are handpicked from the orchards and groves on the Disisa Estate in Northern Sicily, washed and then cold pressed together to create this beautifully fresh and zesty lime flavoured olive oil. The freshness and the quality of the ingredients is crucial to the flavour. The Di Lorenzo family we work with to create our infused olive oils ensure that it is only a matter of hours between the ingredients being picked to them being pressed. To give this lime oil even more zing the family then add the zest of more fresh limes to the oil for a few days, stirring and tasting until the flavour is perfect, then remove the zest before it is bottled.
