The Gift of Oils very own Salad Dressing Shaker! This easy to use tremendous little gadget helps you make delicious homemade salad dressings every single time! The glass container displays three unique, delicious and easy to follow dressing recipes and a handy little measuring scale too.
Just add the ingredients for your dressing into the glass container of the salad dressing mixer, screw the handle into the container, and simply shake it like a maraca to mix the ingredients perfectly together!
The "magic wheel" inside the container has a multitude of cutting edges ingeniously designed to cut through all the ingredients selected and to emulsify and bind them altogether.
The dressing recipes on the shaker are for a Sicilian Dressing, a Parmesan Dressing, and a Balsamic Dressing.
If not all of the dressing made up is used in one sitting, no problem! Simply screw the handle back into the container and set aside (but not in the fridge!) to use the following day or the day after that.

Of course you can also mix things up and use a different olive oil (perhaps our Alentejan olive oil or one of our infused olive oils) or a different balsamic (perhaps the thicker and richer Reserve Balsamic or one of our flavoured balsamics).
