JUST IN! This years Sicilian New Season Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from the finest Cerasuola and Nocellara del Belice olives which have been grown, handpicked and pressed by The Di Lorenzo family on their magnificent Disisa estate in Northern Sicily.
Fresh green and grassy, it's like "Summer in a bottle!"
It's a smooth, well balanced oil with a lovely green colour. The olives were harvested last November (2023) and cold-pressed immediately.
We visited Disisa in late January this year (2024), as we do every year specifically to work with the Di Lorenzo's as a team and to taste and blend the different oils from their recent harvest in order to then create the perfect combination we now present to you as our renowned New Season Oil.

Made with a blend of Cerasuola (60%) and Nocellara (40%) olives, our New Season oil has the loveliest aroma of fresh tomato, is soft in the mouth and has just a touch of lingering spice on the finish.
Create delicious salad dressings or use as a dipping oil, either on its own or mixed with one of our balsamic vinegars. Drizzle over mashed potatoes, meats, fish, seafood, roasted vegetables, bruschetta, pasta, pizza, into soups….. you simply can’t go wrong!
